Australian bank ANZ has named Chris Raciti as the country head of ANZ Singapore, commencing in June, with regional oversight for its businesses in eight markets across Southeast Asia, India and the Middle East.
Raciti has held a number of senior leadership roles over his 20-year career at the bank, including country head ANZ China, country head ANZ Korea and head of loan syndications and specialized finance for North Asia, based in Hong Kong.
“Raciti is the right person to lead our business in Singapore, a global financial hub and a vital part of the region’s continued growth,” says Simon Ireland, ANZ managing director, international. “His commitment to bringing the best of our network to customers, underpinned by a strong risk and regulatory foundations, will serve him well as he takes on this new leadership position.
