Rocio Echague

Deutsche Bank has appointed Rocio Echague as head of trust and securities services ( TSS ) for the Middle East and Africa.

Based in Dubai, she reports to Daniel Clark, head of TSS for Asia-Pacific and MEA.

Rocio brings over two decades of experience in securities services across multiple markets, most recently with HSBC, where she held senior regional leadership roles across the Middle East and North Africa.

She has a strong track record in business growth, market advocacy, regulatory engagement, and leading diverse, high-performing teams, the bank says.

Echague was recognized as "Custodian Banker of the Year ( MENA )" by The Asset in its Sustainable Investing Awards 2025.
